studio Rental

Details/ Policy:

(PLEASE READ THROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING)

Kay Captures LLC Studio will be rented out on an hourly basis. This rate begins from the moment of arrival to departure and includes any time needed for setup and/or breakdown. Please book accordingly.

If you need extra time or would like to extend your rental you must book another hour (if available) at least 24hours in advanced.

Studio assistance is offered for first time renters and or beginners. (You must book the assistance add-on for this option)

Renting with Kay Captures LLC gives you access to our full studio including lighting, select backdrops, posing props and more! The renter will be fully responsible for any items being used. This includes missing and or damaged goods.

If renter needs to cancel booking, you must do so within 48 hours of scheduled arrival time to receive full deposit back. Canceling within 12 hours of session or no call no show will forfeit your deposit. You can not in any circumstances, use a previous payment or deposit for future bookings unless granted by owner.

Making a payment confirms you agree to the above terms.
